If you're not satisfied with your Campfire Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds for Campfire Talk are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our transactions. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Locate the Campfire Talk transaction.
  3. Submit a refund request.

Free trial

Campfire Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged. If you forget to cancel, the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle purchase receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
