Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 June 2026

1. Who you're contracting with

Campfire Talk (the "Service") is owned and operated by Narrative Immersion PTY LTD ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Campfire Talk. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Campfire Talk is a conversation-starter app that randomly selects a category and serves a prompt to spark discussions. You may use it for personal, family, or group conversation only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, including the software, questions, branding, and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you've selected.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time via the link in your purchase receipt, which directs you to Paddle's customer portal.

7. Service availability

We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
